A. It is literally a Micro Data Center that fits on your desktop. It takes advantage of SBCs like Raspberry PI4, ODroid, RockPro64, and Marvell MachittoBIN to create a multi-computer cluster similar in design and architecture to a full sized data center.

Q. What can you do with PicoCluster?

A. Just about anything you can do with a desktop computer or any other computer cluster. PicoCluster runs a Linux OS and can run essentially any software that can run on Linux for ARM.

Q. What can you do with a computer cluster?

A. Clusters allow multiple computers to work together on a single problem. This is very commonly done in business to provide resiliency and scalability for business applications. Many computers working together can solve problems much faster than a single computer and if one of the computers fail or stop working, then the other computers in the cluster keep working.
