Assemble Ordroid H4, H4+ and H4 Ultra 3H and 6H Board Stacks

These instructions show how to assemble a stack of H4, H4 Plus, and H4 Ultra boards for your PicoCluster. These photos show how to assemble a 3 board stack for the 3H. The 6H consists of 2 stacks of 3 boards. These instructions are the same for all 3 different H4 versions.

Step 1 – Prepare the Boards

Open the packages and assemble the 1" standoffs in pairs as shown a 2" standoff.

Step 2 – Add the Clock Battery

Plug the clock battery onto the H4 board as shown. Remove the sticker back and stick to the side of the Ethernet port as shown.

Step 3 – Assemble the Board Stack

Start with the 1/2" F/F standoffs on the bottom and the 2" M/F standoffs on the top as shown. Once screwed together, then tighten slightly. The standoffs only need to be snug, not wrenched tight together.

Continue to add boards to the stack using the 2" M/F standoffs as shown. The top board is added to the board stack with 1/4" screws.

Step 4 – Add the Top Board to the Stack

The top board is added to the board stack with 1/4" screws.
